Erie was recently ranked the #2 hottest housing market in the country–with homes attracting serious buyers attention and moving quickly. And yet, our prices are still a fraction of what buyers are seeing in many other cities.

For perspective, Erie’s median listing price is around $239K, while the national median is roughly $439k. That’s a HUGE difference! As the market continues to adjust to the national market, Erie remains a hot spot to invest.
